Shipping and Returns
UK SHIPPING
Our items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class in the UK with all small packages sent tracked. We aim to ship orders within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) of purchase.
Keep in mind that we're not Amazon and we have chosen to ship with Royal Mail so are subject to their prices and delays. We hand wrap and pack all of your items and there's usually just one person running this whole shebang!
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship internationally from the UK. Shipping is calculated on checkout, and there is a shipping calculator for your convinience.
Items outside the UK are sent via Royal Mail Airmail. No tracking codes are available for this service. We aim to ship out your order within 3 working days of purchase.
Depending on your location items can sometimes take up to 21 days to arrive (this is for Australia, the USA and Canada), however it's generally around 5-7 days.
Brexit has meant that some items are experiencing further delays and for this we can only apologise. If your item is delayed, please get in contact with us.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Can I return an item?
Sure! Simply return the item unopened (unless damaged) and in it's original packaging within 30 days for a refund, credit note or exchange. Any other items (pins, notebooks, coasters etc) can also be returned unused and unopened in it's original packaging within 30 days for a refund, credit note or exchange.
We cannot accept returns on personalised items unless they're faulty.
We will not refund shipping costs unless there was an issue with this aspect of your order - eg. it was not a satisfactory shipping service.
My item was broken, can I get a refund?
If there's something wrong with your item then please get in touch within 30 days! All our packages are inspected before they're sent out, but sometimes things go wrong during transit... we don't want you to be unhappy with your shopping experience with us, and we'd love a chance to set it right!
If we can repair the item, we will, otherwise we'll send you a replacement out as soon as possible. We can also refund you for the cost of the item (not including shipping) if you prefer.
